Q: Do you accept returns?
A: We will return your items for shop credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not do any cash refunds. We ask that all items are in original condition, meaning:
*Tags are still on the item
*Item is unwashed and unworn
To start a return, simply email email@example.com with your order information; name, order number and specified item(s) to be returned.
While we try to carefully inspect every item for flaws before sending it to you, there may be times there are damages to the item. In these cases, we ask that you email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damage so we can better take care of you. We must be notified of damages within 30 days of purchase or we are not able to process a damage after that point.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns from international orders due to shipping costs. All items shipped internationally will be marked "FINAL SALE" for this reason.
***PLEASE NOTE: items from our last chance collections purchased with a last chance discount will be marked "FINAL SALE" meaning they cannot be returned. You will be charged for any and all shipping costs incurred to us if you return them and we have to send them back***
Q: Do I pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, you will pay to ship the item back to us. This is the standard process in the retail industry. So once you print the address label, please be sure to secure postage before shipping. If the package arrives and does not have enough postage on it, the package will be refused and shipped back at the customer's expense.
Q: Can we pick up our order?
A: If you are local to the Eufaula, Ok area, you can pick up your order at 133 S. Main Street, Eufaula, OK 74432 during business hours: Monday-Friday 10:00a to 6:00pm. Use code LOCAL at checkout. You will have 5 business days from your order date to pick up your product, after 5 business days you will receive and invoice for shipping and your item will be shipped. You will have 5 business days to pay the shipping invoice before your order is forfeited.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We are not able to cancel any orders. It is a very manual process to catch an order that was placed incorrectly and due to the volume of orders that we receive, we are not able to cancel an order.
Q: Are your products made in the U.S.?
A: Our women's clothes are mainly wholesaled but we try to pick as many wholesalers that are made in the USA. Please see product information, made in USA products will be noted.
Q: How quickly will I get my order?
A: We are a ready to ship boutique. We have our entire inventory on hand. So from the time you order it we will ship it out within 3-5 business days of your order, unless otherwise stated in the listing that it is a pre-order.
Q: Do you accept exchanges?
A: If your item does not fit, you can exchange the item for another piece of equal or lesser value within 30 of purchase. You can initiate the exchange by emailing email@example.com with your order information, name, order number and specified item(s) to be exchanged. You will be responsible for shipping charges.
Q. Can I return or exchange a free piece? A. We do not allow returns or exchanges on free pieces. Since the item was sent to you as a free gift, shipping has already been incurred to mail the item, so we are not able to ship another piece for free.
Q: What if my item is defective?
A: If your item is defective, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide a photo of the defective item. Defects do have to be brought to our attention within 30 days of purchase and before the item is washed or worn.
Q: Can I upgrade my shipping?
A: We currently do not offer any other expedited shipping options.
Q: Do you wholesale your products?
A: We do not wholesale our product. We are only an online retailer.
Q: What form of payments do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay through Paypal.
Q: Are you sold in any stores?
A: We now have a brick and mortar store at 133 S. Main St. Eufaula, Ok 74432.
Q: Will my items shrink?
A: We would always suggest following the care label but washing on cold and hang drying is the most common practice and we've seen no issues with shrinking.
Q: Where can I find your sizing?
A: On every listing, we try our best to have as much detail about the item as possible so you can get a good idea of how it fits. On all of our women's items, we have listed the fit of the item and also the model fit so you can see how tall and what size each person is wearing.

Q: Do you share your information with third parties?
A: We do not share our customer list. We will add you to our email list to keep you informed of new arrivals, sales, announcements, etc.
