We do not provide cash refunds. We will return items for store credit within 30 days of purchase, or the item can be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to exchange for an item that is more than the item you are exchanging, we will send you an invoice for the difference between the two items. We must receive your return within 30 days of purchase. Post marked items within 30 days of purchase do not count and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
We ask that all items are in original condition, meaning:
*Tags are still on the item
*Item is unwashed and unworn
If the item is not returned in the condition it was sent to you, we reserve the right to decline the return and will be sent back at the customer's expense.
To return an item, please start the return process by sending an email to email@example.com with your name, order number and specified product.
While we try to carefully inspect every item for flaws before sending it to you, there may be times there are damages to the item. In these cases, we ask that you email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damage so we can better take care of you!
Free pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
If you are exchanging an item, please be sure to specify which item are you are wanting to exchange for.
